GLOBAL APPROACH

With over 25 years of global experience covering NAFTA, EMEA, APAC regions, I pride myself on understanding the nuances of developing cross-boarder relationships, the subtle differences in cultures and the psychology around selling in specific markets and industries.

In addition, I undertake quarterly social-economic studies on the countries where I am working, along with risk and impact modelling, direct and in-direct competitor analysis as well as new/old product threats.

The result is a more refined approach to hunting, lead generating and conversion in relevant markets, with a besoke omni-channel campaign approach to marketing based on personalised relationships rather than mass marketing. This equates to a stronger, albeit far narrower sales funnel of high quality leads, with a much higher ROAS, ROI and ultimately sales conversion.

I do not believe in the use of Digital Tools alone, although measurable there is a lack of understanding as how to interpret the analytics, and therefore what to do with them. I am a far greater proponent of the complete customer journey from hunt through to retention, utilising the best and appropriate mix of channels to guarantee success.
